ROLE SUMMARY: As the Insurance and Financial Services Representative for Jason Deitz State Farm, you play a crucial role in our daily operations and the success of our customers. You will drive the growth of our agency by fostering meaningful customer relationships and acting as a bridge between client needs and our agency departments. By proactively promoting relevant products and services, you will enhance the lives of our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the insurance and financial services sectors.
- Provide comprehensive consultations to customers regarding insurance solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends and product offerings to provide the best advice to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Texas Property & Casualty license.
- Valid Texas Life and Health license.
- Preferred sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas is a plus.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
